    Alex Lee, Consultant

Nikki Briant

Consultant

Nikki has experience delivering large-scale complex change programmes across Insurance, Retail Banking and Energy sectors. She has successfully led strategic, operational and technology transformation projects for global FTSE 100 clients. She joined Oaklin after six years with global management consultancies, completing both industry and project management specific qualifications.

Nikki brings a proactive and creative approach to deliver flexible, high-impact programmes and projects tailored to the needs of our clients. Outside of work she spends most of her time playing sport, recently representing Great Britain at Tag Rugby.

Dominic Hurndall

Partner

Dom heads up our team in the USA. He helped set up Oaklin in 2009 and established the US office in 2013. He is a graduate of Durham University, has an honours degree in Archaeology and is an alumnus of London Business School. He also spent over six years in the military before starting his consulting career at Accenture.

Dom has Board level experience in government departments and FTSE 100 companies. He is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and an experienced project manager. He has worked on a range of assignments including business strategy, outsourcing, films and communications and IT programme delivery. He has worked extensively in energy, aerospace, financial services and the public sector.

Dom also spends a lot of his time risking his neck racing sailing boats, whenever work allows of course.

Sophia Debney

Consultant

Sophia is a consultant at Oaklin, with experiences ranging from business analysis, business process design and service design to digital and technology implementation across scaled Agile projects. She is motivated by solving complex problems and is able to manage competing and changing priorities through strong organisation and dynamic personable skills. Sophia is deeply involved in the Inclusion and Diversity team within Oaklin and is passionate about taking bold steps towards creating an inclusive and diverse culture both inside and outside the workplace.

Sam Bentley

Consultant

Sam is an experienced Project and programme Manager who is comfortable working across agile and waterfall deliveries, private and public sector organisations, and small to large projects. He is at home in high pressure complex environments and prides himself on building effective self-managing teams and finding solutions for difficult problems.

Amongst other roles, Sam has also previously worked as a Business Interface Manager, developing product vision and building buy in for delivery throughout business and technology teams, and as a Service Manager maintaining and improving live service, and transitioning new services into live support. He therefore has a well rounded and strategic view of how to extract maximum value from the projects he leads.

Stephanie Meehan

Partner

Stephanie Meehan is Oaklin’s Operations Director and International Business Coordinator. She is no stranger to consulting having previously worked at Deloitte, Andersen Business Consulting and the Berkeley Partnership. She has a master’s degree in health psychology as well as degrees in psychology and traditional Chinese acupuncture.

 

Catriona Young

Consultant

Catriona is a project and change management professional who is known for building strong client relationships. Catriona has led and supported programmes of work across the public and private sectors, and has experience of all stages of the project lifecycle from inception through to delivery, working with clients to deliver strategic outcomes, including revenue-growth, process-optimisation and benefits realisation.

Catriona joined Oaklin from EY, is a graduate of the TeachFirst Programme, and has a BSc in Human Biology from the University of St Andrews. Despite living in London, Catriona is happiest wearing wellies in the country, a remnant of growing up in rural Scotland.

Anil Gupta

Associate Partner

Anil is a project and programme management professional with a focus on technology transformation. He is proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies. Anil has mobilised and led major IT and business change programmes across private and public sectors, including the launch of a mission-critical communications network and the rollout of nationwide fibre infrastructure. His experience also extends to product management, business process improvement, operating model design, and service delivery.

Anil is passionate about emerging technologies and product innovation. He merges an analytical approach with the ability to quickly assimilate abstract concepts, identify associated business impacts, and define a change approach that maximises business outcomes.

Grant Laten

Associate Partner

Grant has more than a decade of experience in delivery leadership, strategy development and execution, technical innovation and operational transformation across industry and government. He joined Oaklin after nearly eight years with Accenture and has led award-winning strategy and delivery projects in more than 25 countries.

Always keeping the customer front and centre, Grant’s career highlights include leading a technology merger critical to the UK's Covid-19 response, managing an intelligence strategy and innovation group, deploying logistics systems to embassies around the world, overhauling $3.5b of procurement spend, planning and supporting rapid war zone drawdowns, expediting security clearance processing, streamlining traveller screening operations and delivering the technology for a £180m smart meter roll-out.

Grant previously worked for Apple and completed internships in development banking and foreign policy. He graduated with honours from the Argyros School of Business and Economics in California.

Melissa Stokes

Business Analyst

Melissa is a highly driven and dynamic Business Analyst who has been delivering large scale technology transformation programmes, focusing on the people side of change. She has worked across a range of sectors, including petrochemicals, energy and utilities and telecommunications. Melissa also co-leads the Oaklin Women's Network and is passionate about Inclusion and Diversity inside and outside of the workplace. Prior to joining Oaklin, Melissa has worked in Product Management at Vodafone and has a graduate degree in Management from the London School of Economics.

Joshua Levy

Business Analyst

Joshua is a Business Analyst at Oaklin with experiences in Organisation Design, Project Delivery & Project Management Office for both Public and Private sectors. He is motivated by busy and fast-moving environments where priorities change, and innovative ideas are valued.  Internally at Oaklin, Joshua is involved in the Wellbeing team and is passionate about making the workplace an open and healthy space. 

Prior to Oaklin, Joshua worked at a large French Investment Bank after graduating from UCL with a BA in Economics and Business. He is driven by creating real impact and holds an active role in his local community through charity work and youth movements.
