One of the things I appreciate most at Oaklin is the freedom to define what wellbeing looks like for each of us. It’s not about following a fixed plan, but about having a voice and the backing to try new things. Whether it’s championing mental health, finding ways of developing our culture, or launching peer-led initiatives, there’s a real openness from the partnership to back ideas that are meaningful to us. It’s not about ticking boxes; it’s about building something that genuinely reflects the needs of our people—and that makes a real difference to how supported I feel in my day-to-day work.
